I missed the first full day due to a personal commitment but made it to the show for the start of the second day. Below are some cool products I saw today at the show. Enjoy!
Osprey Pack introduced a new Super Ultralight Pack line up called the Levity and Lumina. They come in under 2 pounds and have a full suspension.

They also have made changes to the Exos line up including adding a women’s specific pack in this category called the Eja. These packs come in under 3 pounds.

The new line up of safety blankets from SOL. They include the old stand by mylar blanket to the Escape Pro Bivy that can be used like a standard bivy.

Pacsafe has a new line up of water resistant protective bags that are good for urban to beach settings.

Pacsafe is also introducing a clothing line with RFID blocking pockets and tons of organizational features.

Drinktanks has a nice line up of double wall containers from the large 128 oz keg to a standard size tumber cup. I am also impressed with their keg carbonation kit.

Under Armour has a new line up of lifestyle and active sunglasses. They even have matching kids sizes so that parents and children can both have nice sunglasses.

Snowpeak has expanded their base camp series, definitely putting the glamp in glamping.

OMEALS is a new food company that uses self heating technology to heat up various food meals. It seems like a neat product for both camping and emergencies.

Oboz has add new models and cute new colorways to their Main Street to Mountains women’s shoe and boot line up.

Granite Gear is introducing a new lifestyle backpack series called Minnesota Made.

I also had a chance to take a look at their new adjustable hip belt that uses hook and loop closures to expand or shrink the hip belt. This is especially important for long distance hikers who may loose weight on the trail which would necessitate a new belt.

Saxx is a men’s underwear company known for their ball pack pouch on the front of their underwear line. They are integrating their underwear into running and hiking pants for spring 2018.

Wow, that’s it for the first day. Good to see the new products at the last OR Show in Salt Lake City. Check back tomorrow for more updates.
