As someone who has done some riding and lots of driving, I appreciate the riders who use a good light (front and back). In twilight as well as at night bikes and pedestrians can be very hard to see. The ones who use good lights are way more visible. When driving I appreciate this. Now when I am walking/running or riding my bike I make sure I have a light visible (front &amp; back on my bike, and on my left arm when running).
