Enjoying a laugh during a rest break with Big City Mountaineers in Redwoods SP.
I have used and abused the PATH projects base liner and shorts for the past 5 months, and I am impressed. They have seen hot and humid days running on the Mississippi River Levee in New Orleans and goldilocks weather in Greece as I ran the Authentic Athens Marathon. Their system is comfortable, durable and functional whether hiking or running. Read my final thoughts HERE.

Backpacking in Big Basin
Life has been hectic, but I have been able to use the Gregory Paragon pack on two more backpacking trips since my last update – a week long trip with Big City Mountaineers in California and a long weekend trip along the Alabama-Tennessee border. The Paragon has performed spectacularly – comfort is top-notch; the pack is durable; and it can swallow all my gear including a bear canister and over a week’s worth of food. You can read my final update HERE.
